Poem might turn out to be a song...

So I've been writting A TON lately and I was wondering if I could get some feed back, positive or negative, on a poem I'm in the process of writting.  It might even turn out to be a song.  Either way, I'd like your thoughts.  If you think it totally sucks its okay haha.

 

Do you know what you’ve done to me
Did you really even care
How could you make me feel this way
It’s a pain I just can’t bare

My hearts cut open an it’s bleeding for you
I just want you to know
There wont come a day when I don’t think of you
I just can’t let you go

I want you back in my life, but I know its impossible
You said that you’ve stopped and that you’ve changed
What a bunch of fucking lies, but I believed them anyway
The dust was in your eye all along
